Addressable Interface Modul , Model I-9301

220

The individually addressable output module I-9301 operates in two modes: two-wire mode and four-wire mode. In the four-wire mode, upon receiving a start command from the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP), the unit activates the output relay to provide a 24-volt DC output and turns on the activity indicator. The unit can detect faults such as short circuits, open circuits, and loss of power and can report these issues to the Fire Alarm Control Panel.

In the two-wire mode, when a start command is received from the FACP, the unit activates the output relay to produce a signal with typically open and typically closed contacts while also activating the activity indicator.

Both two-wire and four-wire modes can be programmed using a portable programming device. The electronic address can be field-adjusted. The unit is equipped with an internal microprocessor that intelligently manages incoming messages and monitors power supply. It includes indicators for faults and actions. The unit also has a feature for checking the four-wire output cable. Its modular design allows for easy installation, and it complies with the EN 54-18:2005 standard.
